Before you rent or buy a costume from us, read through this stuff.
Interpretation and Definitions
Some words in here are capitalized because they mean specific things. They work the same way whether we're talking about one or more of them. Here's what we mean by each term: • Affiliate: Any company that owns, gets owned by, or shares ownership with someone else involved. • Country: Washington, United States • Company: That's us. Lumenanchor. We also call ourselves "We", "Us", or "Our". • Device: Whatever you use to get on our site. Computer, phone, tablet. • Service: The Lumenanchor website. • Terms and Conditions: This agreement between you and us about how you use the Service. • Third-party Social Media Service: Stuff from other companies that shows up on our site. • Website: Lumenanchor's site. • You: The person or group using the Service.
Acknowledgment
These Terms set the rules for how you use Lumenanchor. They're the deal between you and us. Everything about what you can and can't do is in here. Using the Service means you're accepting these Terms. They apply to everyone who visits or uses the site. When you access or use the Service, you're agreeing to follow these Terms. Don't use it if you don't agree with something. You also have to be at least 18 years old. We don't allow younger users.
Links to Other Websites
We might link to other websites or services that we don't own or run. We have no control over those sites and we're not responsible for what's on them. Their privacy policies, content, whatever. You acknowledge that we're not responsible if something bad happens because of links we put on our site.
Termination
We can shut down your access anytime, without warning, for any reason including if you break these Terms. Once that happens, you can't use the Service anymore.
Limitation of Liability
Our responsibility doesn't go beyond what you paid us. If you haven't paid anything, we're not liable for more than zero. We're not responsible for special, indirect, or consequential damages. That's lost profits, data loss, business interruption, injury, whatever. This applies even if we knew it could happen. Our liability caps apply even if other remedies don't work.
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
The Service comes as-is with all its problems. We don't make promises about it being merchantable, fit for what you want, ours to give, or free from third-party rights. More specifically: we're not saying the Service will work properly or be available when you want it. We're not guaranteeing the information is accurate. We're not promising it won't have viruses or malware in it.
Governing Law & Disputes Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Country, not its conflict-of-law rules. Other local, state, or international laws might apply too. If something goes wrong, try contacting us to work it out informally first.
Compliance & Regulations
EU Users: If you're in the European Union, you have consumer protections that apply where you live. US Legal Compliance: You're confirming that you're not in a country under US embargo or on any prohibited parties list.
Severability and Waiver
If something in here turns out to be unenforceable, it gets modified to work under the law. Everything else stays the same. Not using a right doesn't mean you lose it later. Letting one thing slide doesn't mean you'll let it slide next time.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
This might be a translation. The English version is what counts if there's a dispute. We can change these Terms whenever we want. Big changes get a heads-up at least 30 days in advance. If you keep using the Service after we change things, you're accepting the new version. These Terms started on August 5, 2026.
